Submerged Combustion Vaporizer - SCV
* SCV is one of the most important gasification equipment in LNG terminal.
* SCV is a kind of water bath type submerged combustion gasification quipment. The stainless steel tube coil
with LNG inside is submerged under a water basth. The high temperature flue gas heated by submerged
burner is injected to water to heat and stir up the bath water, thus the LNG is gasified.
* At winter season or cold area, LNG can't be gasified directly by sea water. At this time, SCV is switched
to gasify LNG. It is needed at the peak season as well.
* Fast start up, quick reaction on load change, adjustable capacity of gasification between 10% - 100%.
